A. Meta Platform Data

When you connect your Facebook or Instagram accounts via the official Meta Login process, we receive:

  • Public Profile Information: Your name and profile picture associated with your Facebook account.
  • Page and Account Identifiers: Facebook Page IDs and Instagram Business Account IDs that you choose to connect.
  • Access Tokens: Secure credentials that allow our Service to interact with the Meta Graph API on your behalf.

B. Messaging and Interaction Data

To power our AI Agents, Auto Replies, and Unified Inbox, we process:

  • Message Content: The text of incoming and outgoing messages sent to your connected Facebook and Instagram accounts.
  • Comments: Comments made on your public posts that trigger automated workflows or auto-replies.
  • Metadata: Timestamps, sender identifiers, and conversation status required for message routing and threading.

C. General Account Data

  • Registration Info: Your email address and name provided during sign-up.
  • Usage Data: Information on how you interact with our dashboard to improve the user experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following specific purposes:

  • Unified Inbox: To display and manage your Facebook and Instagram messages in a single interface.
  • AI Agent Responses: To analyze the intent of incoming messages and generate appropriate, context-aware responses using artificial intelligence.
  • Automated Workflows: To trigger "Auto Replies" based on specific keywords or actions (e.g., a user commenting on a post).

5. Data Retention

We retain your Meta Platform Data and messaging history only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Access tokens are stored securely and can be revoked by you at any time through your Facebook or Instagram settings.

6. Data Deletion and User Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time. We provide multiple ways to exercise this right:

A. Email Request

You can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated Meta Platform Data by emailing us at admin@rebusai.com. We will process your request within 30 days and provide confirmation once your data has been permanently removed from our systems.

B. Meta Application Settings

If you remove the RebusAI application through your Facebook or Instagram "App and Website" settings, we will receive a notification via the Meta Data Deletion Callback. We will automatically initiate our data deletion protocols in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your data. All communications between our Service and Meta are encrypted via SSL, and access tokens are stored using encryption at rest.
