You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.
RebusAI provides messaging automation tools, including AI Agents, Auto Replies, and a Unified Inbox, designed to help businesses manage communications on third-party platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. The Service relies on integrations with the Meta Graph API and operates subject to the capabilities and limitations of those third-party services.
The Service is currently provided generally free of charge during our initial beta phase. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
To use the Service, you must register and connect your Facebook or Instagram Business account. By doing so, you grant us permission to access and process your Meta Platform Data (including messages, profile information, and access tokens) as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Furthermore, because our Service interacts directly with Meta platforms, you strictly agree to comply with all of Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including but not limited to the Messenger Platform Terms.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these rules or any of Meta's terms.
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content and third-party data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RebusAI Inc. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You retain all rights to the messages and content you process through the Service ("User Content"). However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, and process your User Content strictly as necessary to provide the Service to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. REBUSAI INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any suspension, ban, or restriction imposed on your Facebook or Instagram accounts by Meta as a result of using our Service.
IN NO EVENT SHALL REBUSAI INC., NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and request data deletion as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America (USA), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
